<span itemprop="description">One of my tea calendars made it to the recipient and the other was sent back. While I don't know where the blame falls, it was disappointing news.
The reason for the two stars is that there was no way to let the recipient of my gift know it came from me. There was no option to include a card so I had to reach out separately to let friends know I bought them something that may or may not be arriving (again, 50% didn't). This really removes the "surprise and delight" aspect from gift giving and a HUGE MISS by your marketing/dev department for the holiday season.
I'll continue to buy David's Tea products for myself but no longer as gifts.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is the second time I order this calendar. This is amazing! Last year I couldn't it ran out of stock so soon. I'm ready to start the count down to Christmas. Everything smells delicious moreover, this calendar is beautiful and serves as a Christmas decor at home. It could be the perfect gift too. Unfortunately, I'm very dissatisfied about the shipping and the care the company had with my order. I'm impressed items stayed inside of the box. I was going to order some teaware I'm really glad I did not in this order. My tea calendar came unsealed. Everything looks in place and OK but It makes me wonder.</span>

<span itemprop="description">After ordering this calendar two years ago and loving it I decided to order it again this year. However such a large number of teas (10!) have stevia in them (a sweetener I find **disgusting**) that I'm only interested in drinking about half of the available teas. I'm sure some of this is on me not looking through the ingredients (I was excited about the surprise!!), but I also think a high prevalence of such a loved and hated sweetener should be acknowledged.
Anyway, won't be ordering this again the future and will look elsewhere. :/</span>

I could not be a bigger fan of this festive sampler!! It’s nice if you don’t want to commit to a specific tea, if you’re new to the loose leaf tea game, if you want a little bit of everything, or if you want to mix up your own blend by combining a few. I ordered this for a friend and he has enjoyed it as well; he has even utilized the back of the box to take notes on each of the teas! This is a tealicious holiday treat for anyone! I’m excited to paint the box and repurpose the box and tins for storage when I’m done.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Be aware that this calendar is overstock from 2021 and that the teas are thus a year old. The customer representative says that there is no expiration date on the teas and they will still taste delicious, although the website says that fruit teas ideally should be consumed in six months and black teas within twelve months. I bought two calendars in early October for gifts and the red calendar (2022, I now realize) was listed as unavailable. Having never purchased the calendar before, I didn’t recognize it as being from last year. Hopefully they will still taste fresh - I have no way to know since I don’t drink these flavors, and I’m giving them to people who do, so it’s definitely a gamble (that I will disclose😊). It is very cute.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I love the packaging and the teas smell amazing. The ones I can drink are delicious. However, I wish it was disclosed more openly that many of the teas contain stevia, which I can't have. I should have read the descriptions of the teas more closely, but I never even thought that a beverage that people sweeten many different ways would come pre-sweetened, especially a loose leaf version. I have enjoyed opening it each day and I will look for another completely unsweetened tea advent calendar next year.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice. It smells amazing, and I’m looking forward to going through them this holiday season. My only criticism is that there seems to be quite a few teas that include milk ingredients. I would hope in future seasons they could develop fewer tea with dairy milk already in them in consideration of those with milk allergies.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The packaging is really nice and cute, though I actually don't like that the boxes are random and not in order but that's a personal thing. I also didn't like that the ingredients for each blend on the back were listed in a random order. Alphabetical or in order of day would have been better. Overall the teas themselves were ok, some were good and some were terrible but most fell somewhere between. I don't like when anything comes presweetened which many of them were. It was fun and nice to try different blends but overall I'd willingly only drink 2-3 again. Also one of the tins was so tightly closed and probably crossthreaded so I needed to use a vice and tools to open it. Overall it was cute and a fun way to try out something different but only as a one time thing.</span>

I believe it is gluten-free and as I was just looking around on the website, I think all of their teas are gluten-free. It looks like there is no wheat ingredients in any tea and they specifically state they have gluten-free oats in a couple teas.

When I have gotten the box in the past, it was enough for my husband and I to each have a cup of tea or for me to have two cups in the day. The portion will be in one little tin so you can make one pot or divide it up into two portions.

It had been my experience everything is clearly marked and packaged well in the 24 days of teas.

It states in the description &quot;Image is for illustration only; additional products not included.&quot; We may be seeing this Christmas tree mug make an appearance down the road but it is not included.
