The one in the sampler box had loose leaf tea (which I&rsquo;ve been using from David&rsquo;s tea for many years now) but the ease of having the sachets is so nice, too!! So easy for when I&rsquo;m at work or in a hurry and on the go! This flavor is fruity and tastes so natural! It&rsquo;s not too sweet like a juice, but packs a punch with great fruity flavor!! I must also add that the travel mugs keep the tea hot for HOURS which is so nice! Wayyyy after Christmas. Horrible costumer service, they didn&rsquo;t email to let us know that the tea even would be late, they just never contacted me. I tried to see what&rsquo;s up a week before Christmas as I was starting to worry the gifts not making it, I contacted them via the phone number (no real human, only automated responses), email, instagram but to no avail. Extremely disappointed. My reason for only three stars is EVERY sachet I&rsquo;ve opened is split on the side. Every time I&rsquo;ve used one (4 so far) the tea either leaks into the cup or, like today, spilled all over the floor. The rating is because most of the bags were not sealed properly and the first one I took out of the box opened and got everywhere. I was more careful and inspected each remaining bag, and was left with roughly 5 or 6 usable bags. I purchased several packages and they were all defective. Called customer service but they offered no help. If I wanted loose leaf, I would have ordered a tin.
