<span itemprop="description">Just got this tea and love it. It's a nice neutral herbal without any pick-me-up (like mint) or any sedative (like straight chamomile, lemon balm or Valerian) effects which make it great for drinking in the evenings when I just want a hot drink but don't want my sleep disrupted or to immediately pass out (looking at you Valerian Nights). Only gave it a four because something about the loose dry tea smells slightly funky to me but it smells great after it's actually brewed and you are breathing in the steam.</span>
