The packaging was beautiful, the teas were nicely presented, and they tasted really good! It is hard finding teas without roobios in them since he can't drink those so it was great that he could enjoy the whole sampler! We would like to buy teas again from you sometime in the future! We just know it will take some patience! Thank you for the teas!</span>

Do I have to steep these teas at a specific temperature?

I generally would recommend you do follow the recommended steep temperature and time. Fruit and herbal infusions usually ask for 95C, and aren&rsquo;t too affected (flavour wise) by variations, however, teas with camellia sinensis, if not steeped correctly, can get bitter or otherwise change in taste.
