<span itemprop="description">I really could not enjoy this tea. I love real lemon taste and tart things, but this one is just bitter to me. It tastes more like lemon rinds, which are not a lovely taste. I tried adding a bit of sweetener to help, but this just made it taste like sweetened rinds. I ended up dumping my glass :(</span>

I love the taste of lemon cayenne cleanse, but I don't know that it would help with water weight. As a nurse, i would recommend something with a bit of caffeine, like black tea. Caffeine is a natural diuretic, so you'll expel more excess fluid. Just avoid high volumes of sugar and salt, because that will have the opposite effect.
