I was looking for a balance of benefits and sweetness and this one is great. I love the carrot flavor. I can taste the warmth of the ginger and I have never tried tumeric before so I am not sure what to compare it to. I like the tea and drink it about every other day. I've heard turmeric can help with inflammation. I am not a physician and that's not medical advice, more like folk logic I guess. I find it helps with some tendonitis I have. I also find that more than one glass works like a diuretic for me.
