It&rsquo;s become my nighttime ritual in these stressful times. However, like most of teas I think its a matter of taste buds but they definitely need sweetener. I have tried to reach a point where I don't need sweetener in tea and of all the teas this one does come the closest as it has a nice licorice aftertaste that adds sweetness. I also like that it is not weak and you can make it stronger which is another one of my pet peeves with tea. I would not recommend this however for sleep. It&rsquo;s sweet and flavorful without being overwhelming. I find it very relaxing. And am thrilled it&rsquo;s organic, no unnecessary ingredients. I have a cup of herbal tea almost every night just before bed, and this one definitely helps me relax and fall asleep. It's not going to replace my usual chamomile tea (nothing could!), but it's nice to have some variety in my before-bed selection of teas. Also I don&rsquo;t think companies do a great job with the lemon flavor. This tea surprised and pleased me on both counts. It&rsquo;s a subtle herbal lemon. It is a calming tea that is a perfect complement to my wind down routine.
