To make it even dreamier, we added lavender accents that help relax the mind & lemon balm which is known to help induce sleep. We think you’ll also appreciate that we’ve added no flavouring to this blend. Just the perfect mix of sweet, sleepy ingredients.

I’m in my 40s and into some self care and relax at night, this makes the routine! The taste is pleasant and unique compared with other sleepy time teas. I really enjoy the rose and lavender elements.
