It has this beautiful floral note and it&rsquo;s mildness allows you to taste all that&rsquo;s going on in this amazing tea. Oolong are great anyway but this one has a mild complexity that takes the taste buds on a little roller coaster ride of flavor fun. Great tea to introduce a newbie to oolong. I got it as part of a holiday sampler pack. I don't think I would have gone for it originally based on the description, but I'm so glad I was able to try it! It has a lovely light floral flavor and a nice kick of caffeine. Doesn't need anything added to it - it's great as-is! I&rsquo;m glad they listed it as an oolong because I normally steer clear of white tea. This is a white tea -milk oolong blend. I&rsquo;ve never tasted anything like it. Creamy and fragrant. You can steep it several times but I always prefer the first steep. I was having a rotten day and it was a treat to open this and experience it. It was an unexpected delight and reminded me that tea is therapy for me. I sent it to at least one friend already. It is a very smooth and light tea with a great creamy flavor. It makes an excellent latte by adding just a splash of cream to bring out the milkiness of the oolong.
