A great little green tea
I originally bought this thinking it would be a breakfast tea and that I sounded interesting. Its actually low in caffeine, woops! But then it's good to drink throughout the day! I do like the flavor a lot! Its tastes like light green tea and a lot of vanilla. I do agree with others that I would be happier of it didn't have stevia. Personally, I don't mind unsweetened teas (I think there's too much sugar in food in general). If i ever want something sweetened, I usually have monkfruit sugar at home that I like a lot better than stevia. Overall, i go recommend this but yes, be aware if you don't like stevia.

So much potential. Destroyed by stevia.
I bought ten ounces of this tea because it looked very similar to an absolutely delightful “fortune cookie green tea” a now closed independent tea shop i worked at sold. Almonds. Vanilla. Green tea. Yes yes yes.
I did NOT click the “see more” in the ingredients list on the website and … oof. Stevia? I know stevia is a natural sweetener but it has such a disgusting chemical taste to it. I’d prefer a less sweet tea that actually tastes like tea over this. And now I’m stuck with 10 Oz of it.

I love matcha and was excited but...
This really does smell like a matcha ice cream from the bag. Once brewed, the smell is also like matcha ice cream. When I tasted it, it's so artificial. Double checked, there's stevia. Why?!?!? I try to read the ingredients carefully every time, I missed it this time. I shouldn't have to to read an re-read ingredients to make sure there isn't stevia. There should be some sort of obvious marking with each tea listing that there's stevia. Or, here's a thought...listen to customer complaints and don't put stevia nor sugar in anything. I f we want to sweeten something, we would sweeten it ourselves... I love the matcha from David's, with actual sugar, that's why I bought this.... It sucks because without the sugar and stevia, I would LOVE a lot of your teas!

Hiya Double brew?! 🍵 Great question. The results will vary depending on factors such as steeping duration, tea quantity, water temperature, and of course your personal preferences. But if you enjoy re-steeping your teas, we'd suggest giving it a shot with our Matcha Ice Cream! 🍦 You might notice differences in flavour such as less sweetness, if all the sugar pearls had dissolved in your first steep. Have fun playing around with the different steeping variables to achieve the perfect balance of flavours. Happy tea tasting!
