Too tropical
Not a bad tasting tea but the flavor is not what I’d want to drink and relax to before bed. It’s too tropical from the apples and coconut. I feel like DT over uses apples. Apples are the number one ingredient in a lot of the teas Ive tried (and I’ve tried almost 90!) Anyways, the main ingredient in the title is also the second to last ingredient. Barely taste the rooibos, which is fine. Im not a big fan of rooibos. Chamomile blends well with apple and isnt overpowering. Overall this tea is too tropical for something that should help ease you into sleep. I was hoping for something more of a sweet, caramel, fennel/licorice, type sleepy tea. Id rather drink throat rescue before bed.

Valerian nights
I order this tea religiously, usually in store to combat my insomnia . I would have given this 5 stars but the batches I get in the mail contain way too many chamomile flowers and not enough actual Valerian root part of the tea. It makes me feel the chamomile flowers are being used as a filler which takes away from the taste of the tea.

Valerian nights herbal tea
This tea calms and relaxes the mind, relieving stress and anxiety. Drinking Valerian Nights before going to bed helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep through the entire night. Besides calming effect of this tea, I also like it’s delicate smell and the taste. This was an unexpected benefit because valerian root typically exhibits a strong, earthy odor due to the oils that are responsible for its sedative effects.

Mostly taste of valerian
I got this because I miss the Caramel Shortbread flavor and reviews described this tea as caramelly. The caramel scent is very subtle, and I can taste it faintly when I first drink it, but right after I find that the valerian taste predominates and lingers. I got this in the sachet version (I figured it makes for easier cleanup at night if I'm drinking it before bed). Perhaps the loose leaf has a more intense and balanced flavor. I didn't really feel an effect on my sleep quality. I will give it another try to see if it helps with sleep, but the taste of valerian is a bit offputting to me.

If you have trouble sleeping or on a stressful day drink this tea up at night time before bed.

I first bought and tried this tea in November because I could barely sleep. The first night I tried the tea it helped me sleep longer than I had in months. I was so thrilled that it helped. I now diligently use this tea every night and it has helped me tremendously. I have placed two orders since and I couldn’t be happier. This tea in particular I drink hot, two honey sticks and a bit of sugar.
