From the Dominion Tea website: &nbsp;How much is a Matcha scoop? Each scoop is approximately 1 gram. Two grams of matcha is the normal serving size. &nbsp;(I don't know what a &quot;normal serving size&quot; is - 8 oz. or 12 oz?) &nbsp;I experimented and found that I like 2 grams per 12 oz. of water or mix with oat milk. Since the David's Tea matcha scoop seems to be a standard size it's probably 1 gram.
