<span itemprop="description">This was my first tea from David's. My roommate is a big David's tea fan and she made this one for me. It helps in so many ways. I really struggle with insomnia and migraines. This really helps with both! I notice significant difference when I drink the tea vs. when I don't in the time it takes me to fall asleep. I also think the peppermint in it helps with migraines! I was using it to help me sleep while I had a migraine, and it actually helped take the edge off of the migraine pain. I'm in pharmacy school and I'm not huge on holistic medicine, but this one works!!! After drinking multiple cups of hers I finally caved and bought my own haha!</span>

I've always loved grocer hot tea and wanted to upgrade to something a little fancier so I'm pretty sure I just googled tea for sale and stumbled upon David's Tea and I have been SO pleased. I've bought about 10 teas from them and have honestly loved every single one. This is another favorite! I love peppermint and lemon and rose. So I figured I couldn't lose with this one. If you like lemon and/or peppermint- definitely try this one. I can feel my allergies opening up when I drink it. So comforting.</span>

I made this to help relax during a migraine, peppermint was just what I needed! The valerian and chamomile are calming and hibiscus is my favorite. Not overpowering at all nor is the lemongrass. Will be repurchasing.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought it cause I was looking for a relaxing tea which would help me get ready to sleep and then I didn't know what a treasure I bought. It's great for relaxing, or when you just need a little help with aching head or stomach. When you tired but to tired to fall asleep you should definitly reach out for this one. It smells really good and tastes a little bit herbal, but there is that fruity and floral taste so you don't feel like you're drinking medicine.</span>

The perfect spoonful a the David's tea spoon. It's just a tablespoon or a little bit more. You can definitely take for a headache to calm yourself.
