<span itemprop="description">Same as the other review. The tea strainer is almost impossible to get out. I tries shoving a knife and multiple tools to get it out - no luck. Finally I kept bashing the cup against my counter to try & extract & it FINALLY came out.
The overall construction of this bottle is horrible, its not easy to line up & screw the lids closed. Now the double insulation has water in it from my tea seeping through. I just really hate this bottle so much. I got this on a BOGO promo, so i could give the extra away as a gift....but I hate it so much I don't even want to give it away - its so embarrassing. The plastic construction of this cup is so cheap. Do NOT recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The tea infuser is shoved in so far into the bottle that I cant get it out and therefore cannot use the mug. Didn't realize they closed all their stores so I cant even go into a store to easily exchange it. So now its useless and a waste of plastic.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Not sure why this got a lot of hate? It is meant to be a traveler brew, not a thermos... I use it at home since I don't have many tea strainers yet. I got this during the holiday sale for $12, wish I had gotten 2! It's very easy for me to get apart and clean, I haven't used the matcha attachment yet, but it looks like it would mix well.</span>

NO - You have to unscrew off the first lid (it has a double lid). Just don't buy this product, its a horrible design &amp; won't keep your drink hot or cold. I thought the double walling would at least keep some heat in - nope.
