<span itemprop="description">I have been trying to quit drinking but was having a hard time sleeping. I thought I would try drinking this tea and it is working. It mellows me enough to relax and sipping it slowly seems to cut my need to drink alcohol. I really like the taste of this tea its a little minty and complex and is substancial if you steep it for a while.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I got these as a birthday gift for a friend and got some of the loose leaf for myself. The flavor is nice, but so glad I tried it myself before giving it to my friend ! I noticed I was having really strange, vivid nightmares after drinking it that effected my mood the next day. I did some googling and found out that if you’re prone to nightmares/strange dreams, Valerian can often intensify them. My friend has night terrors, so no way I’m giving this to them. Not a bad tea and probably fine for some people, but there should really be a warning about how the Valerian in this can effect you.</span>

Mother&rsquo;s Little Helper is wonderful as loose tea. It put both my teenage daughter and myself gently to sleep during many long nights that come during difficult times. I have not tried the sachets. A little honey is all you need to add &hellip;
