475 ml (16 oz) of 85℃/185℉ water for hot matcha or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
Whisk until frothy

<span itemprop="description">I’ve tried several of DavidsTea’s flavored matchas, and while this one isn’t personally my favorite, it is true to its name. I would say that the cream flavor is the most prominent, followed by the matcha. The earl gray notes are really more of a subtle, lingering aftertaste. I was personally hoping for a stronger earl gray flavor, but as the tea is called cream of earl gray, I can’t be mad at it. It’s enjoyable, but I likely won’t buy this tea again. I’d be interested to try the earl gray matcha and see how that compares. I always drink my flavored matcha iced with almond milk.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Before this I mostly drank strawberry matcha, but I gave this a try and love it. I also love that I can use just 4 matcha spoons and still have it been incredibly flavorful. I love the creaminess and earl grey flavor along side the matcha flavor. Definitely my new favorite. I do suggest getting a tin to keep your matcha in though since it's a bit messy dealing with the bag.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I really love this stuff. It’s sweetened, so I use it sparingly, but fortunately it’s also a strong flavor, so it doesn’t take much to make a tasty drink with it. I mix two small spoonfuls with about a half cup of water, a cup of almond milk, and shake with ice cubes in a mason jar. Very tasty! And it puts just the right amount of pep in my step for my morning walk.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Okay I LOVE LOVE LOVE this matcha mix. It blends so smoothly and the earl grey flavor really comes through and is DIVINE. It already has some added sugar, so all I have to do is mix it with hot water, add frothed milk and I’ve got an amazing matcha latte. It’s perfect. Even my fiancé who doesn’t like matcha really liked it when he tried it.</span>

I don't think the flavoring is dairy based. Still be cautious. They still have the straight Earl Grey one if you don't want to risk it.
