We continue to work tirelessly to make sure the tea & accessories you love are available and delivered in the safest and fastest way possible. You’ll also find our tea sachets in over 2,500 supermarkets and drugstores across Canada.
This unprecedented situation goes beyond our community of tea lovers and our choices right now are in the interest of our global community. We are listening to our team, our customers, and the world as we navigate everything, we can do to help the situation.
So much is unknown right now, but one thing we do know that can help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect ourselves and our community is to take steps to limit our exposure to others. This is why we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our North American retail locations until further notice. This is a critical moment for us to all do our part.
We wholeheartedly commend all those working in the healthcare field for all of their sacrifices and effort, as well as their families for their support. It goes without saying that following the guidelines issued by the federal and provincial governments is the greatest gesture of respect we can show them.

Rest assured, as soon as we’re able to welcome our tea community back in our stores, all offers & rewards that expired between March and May 2020 will be extended until August 1st, 2020. This includes, but is not limited to: Frequent steeper redemptions (i.e. free birthday tea or rewards), promotional offers in circulation and beyond. This also applies to our return policy.
