<span itemprop="description">Mine arrived defective: with dirty scratches that weren’t coming off and seemingly used and dealing with customer service was a very disappointing experience.
I’ve been told the replacement isn’t available, even though the item was in stock. Then it also turned out that I’d have to pay for shipment to return the defective (!!!) item for a replacement. Or I could keep the defective item (whyyyy…) for a 50% discount. And the full refund was only offered in the end as “an exception”. For an item that’s not even worth 10$, esp with the 30% discount, and from a big order. Wow.
Now I remember why I’ve stopped purchasing from this store before – not the first time struggling with defective items & poor customer service. Best part is - I've purchased these lids since the nordic mugs that I've ordered some time before arrived with no lids at all XD</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have black tea mug. It used to have its own porcelain lid, but it broke. These bamboo lids look great first several now they are getting curved and does not fit the mug well. Their quality does not match their price.</span>
