475 ml (16 oz) of 95℃/200℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced
Steep for 4-5 minutes

<span itemprop="description">I often get migraines so I was skeptical because so far, I have not found anything that really helps. I tried the tea, and to my surprise and pleasure, I found that it did lessen the pain and duration of my headache. It didn't get rid of it, but it helped.</span>
