Really like the simplicity of the design; straight clear sides and large, rounded handle. Easy and comfortable to hold when full. Know care is needed when washing this mug, as with the clear glass teapot from David&rsquo;s Tea. For me, it&rsquo;s worth it. Have had the teapot for several months and the mug for several weeks, both still beautiful. I value my David&rsquo;s tea ware so often wash by hand. May sound odd but I enjoy this. Guess I am looking forward to my next cup of tea while washing and drying my mugs and pots. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the items in my order were carefully packaged. When i was washing these mug i noticed a crack on the mug. Im so glad i noticed the crack or it would have been extremely dangerous. Also keeps my tea hot longer. Washes well by hand. I&rsquo;m alway carful ti wash it with no other dishes in the sink. The lid is a great idea, my cat loves to stick her head in my mug when I'm not watching. My kid loves the mug and is distraught when it breaks, it doesn&rsquo;t discourage us though, we buy it again. It&rsquo;s a good size and decently thermals.
