However, when I ordered them Davids would have known that they could not fulfill my order before Christmas. They did not tell me this and as a result, I did not get the Christmas gift until January 6th. They might have kept me as a customer had they given me the chance to decide on completing my order, but they are obviously not interested in making me happy but rather selling as much product as possible.</span>
