<span itemprop="description">I bought this tumblerless than two months ago, and have used in less than 10 times. It has only ever been washed by hand, and used for hot tea.
Today I made tea as usual, with water from my kettle, put the lid on and left it on the table for a few minutes. When I picked it up to drink the lid fell off. The lid is warped and it can no longer close properly. Thankfully it spilled away from me or I would be in the hospital with burns right now.
It appears that the lid warped at the seam (see picture). I can't believe a tumbler designed for hot tea would have this kind of flaw.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the design, large capacity and it keeps my tea hot for several hours. I own several of these tumblers, this rose gold colour is my favourite. No issues with the straw but don’t use it with hot tea! This cup can also be used for cold liquids with the straw.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The colour is so pretty and on trend! I love the large capacity, it’s great for longer car trips
when I’m out running errands. I often use it when working from home too, keeps my tea hot until lunch time! It’s super easy to clean, I hand wash it with a soft sponge. I haven’t been using the straw as I mostly drink my tea hot, but it’s a great option if you enjoy iced tea.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this mug then a week later the lid warped and could longer stay screwed on the tumbler. My hand actually got scalded by the hot tea, because the lid wouldn’t stay on. Called customer regarding the issue and they sent a replacement. After a few weeks of use the same thing happened, the lid warped after several uses and will no longer stay screwed on. This is a safety issue! Someone could get seriously burned. I have bought tumbler in the past from David Tea and the quality of the lid on this one isn’t up to par. Please fix!!!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have three of your beautiful containers. Two were a gift from my daughter and the other one is hers. Despite the issue I had with my lid she kept buying the tumblers. I had my tea drip all over me the first time I used mine so she replaced it only to have the same thing happen and now hers has done the same thing. The lids are defective. All three of these are brand new. $30.00 each is very expensive. Can you not find a more durable lid</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this tumbler a little while ago. It was great for the first month or so- a great size and kept my drinks hot or cold, along with being easy to clean. However, the first time I made tea in this tumbler, the lid actually popped off mid-sip (I'm assuming from the steam) even though the little latch on the lid was open to release steam. This led to me being burned by extremely hot tea. I wish I could like these, but their design is not very safe.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this thinking it was ombre, but it's one solid rose gold colour. Colour is pretty but I wish the outside was sparkled like the lid. It is still good. Keeps my drink hot for 4-5 hours, but I am used to old my David Tea travel mugs keeping liquids warm for 8 hours so I was surprised it didn't do better but not a deal breaker. Quick shipping.</span>

There&rsquo;s two flip lids - one opens for a straw and one opens like a regular travel cup for sipping. &nbsp;So you can use one or the other. &nbsp;Hope that helps!&nbsp;

Yes but it doesn't freeze the water, just the tumbler. The tumbler works way better if you put tons of ice in because the ice stays good for hours!
