As soon as it arrived, I knew it would inevitably break. I just hoped it wouldn&rsquo;t happen so soon. The double insulated walls are so thin, the cup is so light, and the bottom is slightly rounded. This created the perfect storm where the mug tipped over on its side and broke, after only a month or two. I&rsquo;ve never had a mug shatter so easily - it literally just tipped over, it didn&rsquo;t fall hard or anything. In the future, I&rsquo;ll avoid purchasing a double insulated mug. It is pretty delicate, but I knew that going in. My only problem is that the lid is very thin and doesn&rsquo;t fit well on the top. It feels like it should have a rubber stopper around the edge so it fits more snuggly on the cup. It is so pretty. The print is between the two walls, so it won't rub off. It keeps my tea/coffee hot (especially if I leave the lid on!). It's also nice and light, so it's quite easy to hold, even full. It's easy to hand-wash. The only thing I would change would be to make the base wider. I haven't tipped it over yet, but I'm sure I will at some point -- it's a bit unstable. I totally agree with the other reviews, it feels very delicate, the lid does feel loose on the top, &amp; it feels like it will tip over easily. However... I found the extra space on the lid that makes it feel loose, allows my DT&rsquo;s basket infuser to fit perfectly. It doesn&rsquo;t feel loose with it in place. When I first put the mug down (empty) it wobbled all over the place. I thought I made a huge mistake. However, it was not nearly as bad when the mug when full of tea. The added weight added to its&rsquo; stability, but still not perfect. It does feel like a delicate glass mug, but that is the beauty of it. It is a very light mug compared to the more sturdy ceramic Nordic mugs. Final Analysis, this is a beautiful mug that will show case the beauty of your tea. I love it. It is delicate &amp; elegant. Not your everyday mug.
