It works as described, heats and/or froths milk quickly and thoroughly. It's much easier than manually heating and frothing milk on the stove, if you make a lot of tea lattes. I also plan to explore using it to heat milk for hot chocolate. The problem is that there are barely any instructions (in case anyone else is stuck on that, I put my own answers below). It does not clarify which attachment to use (the one with the coil is for frothing, I think the second attachment just fills that space if you're only heating). It does not say whether to use the lid while running (I assume the answer is yes). It says "Do Not Run Under Tap Water" and "Use a Non-Abrasive Cloth," but does not come with any further cleaning instructions (I remove the attachment to wash separately, then give it a rinse without getting water on the outside, then use soap and a gentle cloth, then re-rinse). There is no spot to mark it down for bad instructions, so I did this under 'packaging' and 'easy to clean'
Date published: 2022-12-07

Rated 5 out of 5 by BrianC from Super little frother Froths and heats the milk quickly.
