<span itemprop="description">I bought the purple tumbler back in march, and absolutely loved it. However, a month in the lid wouldn’t seal to the tumbler. I think the rubber stopper might’ve been stripped, but I know I wasn’t using a great amount of force to cause that. I contacted customer service and they sent me this one as a replacement, and I super happy with it, but not too long after the same thing happened again. It’s really frustrating cause I couldn’t even use them for half a year before they fully broke down on me (not to mention these guys aren’t the cheapest). Maybe it was just a factory dud and I have the worst luck, getting it twice in one sitting, but it was really disheartening.</span>
