<span itemprop="description">I bought this to bring to work, hoping to be able to enjoy matcha without all the prep and tools that are easier used in a home setting. I wanted to love it, but it's just not a well designed or well made product. I'm a bartender and I have a great shake, but I was never able to get fully integrated foam like I do with a whisk. There were always particles and improperly mixed powered. It's very messy with the multiple parts and screw tops. It is impossible to wash--it just has so many little parts and it's not dishwasher safe. It's also very expensive for the quality and what you get. I spend a lot of time on the look out for quality, travel mugs (it's been a life long thing!). The two best ones I have found are between $45-$50, but for the $30 spent on this one, you could easily get a decent, well-functioning tea or coffee travel. This one doesn't feel well put together or with quality materials. The matcha making features just aren't functional enough to make it worth it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I make my matcha with very hot milk and very hot water and exactly after 10-15 min its already cold! Its a waist of money. Do not buy this product… I tried it 2 times and the 2 times was the same. They should stop making those tritan product for hot tea… (iced is OK) but not for hot. I’m a client at David’s its been more than 10 yrs and the products are made cheaper and more expensive. They use to have a better customer service than this! I called to complain about this product and the lady refused to give me a full credit of the product so I can buy a proper bottle in there store. They don’t exchange anymore if your not satisfied. The worst is that the lady was arguing with me that the tea lasts atleast 1h hot (yes it last less than the metallique bottle but apparently it lasts) but not for me… it was max 15 minutes. Not recommend this</span>

<span itemprop="description">I would have recommended this cup for purchase, except there are little plastic bits on top of the matcha mixer attachment that fall off when you pick at them, causing a serious health concern should one be ingested, not to mention my last reveiw stating just that, and how appreciative I still was regardless, was removed, so I will continue leaving reveiws until one stays, I never asked for a refund but if you'd like to try to keep your lack of quality control under wraps by removing reviews you don't agree with, then I do expect a refund. Either leave my reveiw or find my order and refund me, lest I have to paste this here again, and again. If your entire product is made and assembled in Taiwan, and the build quality shows that, I don't expect to pay $45.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Love the double stainless steel lining. Like the option of being able to make matcha or loose tea. Beautiful blue colour. Two minor things: I wish the mesh at the top had smaller holes as fine loose tea can work its way through, and the fitting of the top takes some use before it fits completely.</span>

<span itemprop="description">UPDATE: customer service was quick to get back to me and said that they would send out a replacement. I'm happy with this . I do miss the days when they used to have metal tea tumblers but hopefully they can design something that's a little stronger for the future. I bought this and was super excited but after filling it for my first cup of tea (just regular loose leaf tea) I noticed a rattling noise so I investigated and it looked like the center container that holds the water was LOOSE inside the outer container. So it would rattle left and right and be tapping the outer wall. So upon further investigation I discovered that the entire top plastic price was broken around the threads (pictures included). I was very excited about this product and now I'm super disappointed. I have contacted customer service and sent photos in and they know that I have just recently purchased it so I'm waiting to hear back.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I am on my second matcha shaker and again it is the mesh section with the ball inside of it which broke. I originally bought the sapphire one and thought this metal version would be a more robust construction but the insides aren't. Make the bottom section with a more durable material and make it so you can actually remove it to clean it. I make matcha latte and noticed a buildup of milk in the bottom section threads that never came out no matter how many times I cleaned it. Why can't we order replacement parts? There is no way I am buying this complete product for a third time.</span>

Dissolving in a bit of warm water assures everything breaks down, but it'll dissolve just fine in cold water.
