A week later my order displayed as still &ldquo;processing&rdquo;. Tried to call customer service to find out what was going on and got a machine message indicating that they were really busy. Told me I could leave a number to get a call back, so I did. Nobody ever called. Needed to go out and buy a replacement gift December 23rd when I realized my chances of getting it were growing slim. They finally sent me an email, telling me &ldquo;Sorry but your order is delayed&rdquo;, on December 24th at 6:16 pm. Thanks for all that warning time. Another email Dec. 28 and 30 to say it the same thing. It finally arrived January 11th. I would probably be a little happier with the experience in they had included a small sample pack or a discount code/coupon to actually apologize for being so significantly delayed, considering I still had to pay for it and buy an alternative gift, but they sent absolutely nothing.
