I have served this tea to several other people and one flatly requested I don't make it again because it smelt SO awful and the taste didn't justify it. It's not a robust or acquired smell- it's a bad one. Putting the unwelcoming smell aside, the flavor not good either. There is an odd astringency and earthiness with no real warm or flavorful-notes. There are mild spiced and woody flavors but any complex note is immediately overpowered by the lingering taste of Stevia. All in all, this is a very unpleasant &quot;tea&quot; and I am not sure how it was approved after they smelt the final product alone. None of the flavors worked and everyone just tasted akin to mud.
