I&rsquo;ve been drinking it as a latte, so I&rsquo;m going through a lot of it. I haven&rsquo;t been drinking much coffee for a while but I started to miss that caffeine boost and flavour, so this is the best of both worlds. It&rsquo;s rich, sweet, and silky tasting. I use cashew milk in mine and just need a splash, unlike when I was making coffee and was using a lot of sugary creamer. I don&rsquo;t use any sugar in this either. I make mine in the steeper, and after I prepare my first cup, I&rsquo;ll put more water in and steep it again. It's delicious. It really does taste like an icecap or frappe. Being a diabetic, it doesn't spike my sugars. Steeping for 6 minutes, I only use one scoop to 16 oz hot water to draw out enough flavor for an Iced latte' (milk &amp; ice). Just a light touch of coffee that satisfies the tastebuds without overpowering it. The splash of yummy Vanilla wraps up the flavours perfectly. No honey or sweetener required for this luscious concoction. I do like to have an occasional cup of coffee but I much prefer tea. I typically have a mug of earl grey every morning with a small spoonful of honey and a splash of milk. So I bought this thinking I would love it because vanilla + tea + coffee. Yum. However, I was very disappointed. I made it with only a splash of milk since it smells super sweet on its own, and the initial flavour is good but it has a gross aftertaste almost like aspartame? I couldn&rsquo;t even finish my mug of it. I poured it out. It has a very sweet and comforting taste. If you enjoy vanilla flavoured coffee then you're probably going to enjoy this. The coffee taste is a little too faint for my liking but it makes a decent substitute for the discounted teas with coffee in them, taking Jumpy Monkey and Coffee Pu'erh for instance but a little sweeter. Overall, I find the stevia is overpowering and that spoils it for me. It seems like a lot of the newer teas contain some sort of sweetener and I will finish what I have but I likely will not buy again.
