It's a wonderful, naturally sweet Rooibos base, but enhanced with almond and cardamom. It's not a tea that I would have particularly thought of trying just based on the description, but I had some in one of the holiday samplers, and instantly fell in love with it. If you're on the fence, and have access to a store, I would highly recommend trying a smaple. The taste is hard to describe, because it's not &quot;floral&quot; and it's not really &quot;chai&quot;. It's also not &quot;traditional&quot; or &quot;herbal&quot;. It was my first tea I got from David'sTea many years ago and its what got me into David'sTea along with just loving tea. It's a nice fruity tea that works great without anything added or with sugar or milk, it's just a matter of what flavor you want to come out more. It also is fantastic as a tea latte with the milk complementing the flavor of the tea and could be with or without sugar as both are just as good. This was and still is my favourite tea to this day and is a great example of how David'sTea is amazing with how they make their teas. The raspberry matcha is delicious. Alpine Punch &amp; Forever Nuts are my most favorites. I swear by the Organic Cold 911 for helping to get rid of a cold. Chai lattes are another favorite of mine. I was sorry to hear of the store closures but very happy with the online orders I received.
