It is dominated by light grassy notes that one might associate more with a green tea, though not extremely vegetal, and it is also vaguely floral in a way that is difficult to pin down exactly. I tasted some buttery notes on the finish, and also detect a bit of the snow pea sweetness mentioned in the description, but it's not as sweet or pronounced as in the Nepal White, for example. This is a good quality oolong. The leaves are beautiful, a pleasure to watch unfurl. When I steeped the tea leaves, I found that it wasn&rsquo;t as strong as it smelled. I had to double the portion to get the right fragrance but, then it became too steeped and strong leaving it with a bitter taste. It is a bit pricey when compared to some other teas but I think the quality is worth it. I find it best as an afternoon tea to help with stress, anxiety, and to make the most of a quiet and calm time.
