<span itemprop="description">I was very excited to try this matcha, as I love gingerbread. When I opened the package, it didn't really smell like gingerbread & unfortunately the matcha tastes how it smells. It tastes like those maple breakfast sausages you buy from the grocery store...probably not what you were expecting to read lol. It's not a disgusting taste, it's just odd. Not something I'd expect my matcha to drink, but it is drinkable.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Just thought people should know the FIRST ingredient is cane sugar. Matcha green tea is second. It tastes pretty good, but it is VERY sweet. I think that’s why it is getting mixed reviews... if you have a massive sweet tooth, you’ll like it. If you don’t, you won’t. I would not drink this every day, because consuming that much sugar is not healthy.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It sounded yummy and perfect for the holidays when I was buying it but sadly, I find it repugnant to drink... I'm not sure what exactly makes it taste so bad, but maybe it is the over-powering ginger flavour... I was expecting it to be like the vanilla match - creamy with a nice, sweet gingerbread taste but was disappointed.</span>
