<span itemprop="description">As a migraine and frequent tension headache sufferer, I had super high hopes, but also many doubts about this tea. My honest review is that I do nothing find that it magically eliminates my headaches. That being said, the taste is soothing and minty, and I did see some relief depending on the severity of the headache. Either way I do love the tea and will likely repurchase because it’s a great natural option (in combination with other products). I just want others to know it does not just fully remove my headaches, but I do hope it works for others!</span>

<span itemprop="description">For the last 10 years i have been suffering from chronic migraines at least 2 times a week if not more. I’ve tried every “preventative” medication the doctors prescribed, and had eventually given up and stuck with over the counter painkillers. A little under a month ago i stumbled upon this tea, and figured id give it a try. One cup in the morning and one cup before bed... i haven't had a single migraine since, and haven't had to take any painkillers. This tea has given me my life back!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I don't know if this tea actually works on headaches, but it is very soothing and spa-like. The predominant flavors are mint and lavender, and a little sweetness from the rooibos base. My only gripe with this (and some of the other rooibos blends that have chunks/larger bits moved with the rooibos) is that sometimes the larger herbal components don't mix well with the fine rooibos base. This makes each cup a bit inconsistent in terms of flavor - sometimes you get a scoop with mostly herbs, and sometimes mostly rooibos. The fact that it's a herbal/rooibos blend makes it a great bedtime tea - caffeine free and hydrating. It's what I wanted mother's little helper to be (the lemongrass in that one just made it a touch too sour and wasn't too pleasant for me). It's also great blended with some extra chamomile. I hope this one sticks around and doesn't get discontinued.</span>

<span itemprop="description">A very nice light tasting tea, good for breakfasts to cleanse the palate and start off the day. The peppermint isnt too strong while the lemongrass stands out to balance it perfectly. The floral notes are almost barely there yet again it blends good to balance out the potency of the former flavors. The scent is relaxing, absolutely a nice calm tea that helps out with a minor headache and a few sniffles to warm up the day.
My preference is to steep it a bit lesser than the recommended time and i resteep it on another cup so the flavors would definitely mellow down to perfection. I take this during the morning but yet again, this also can be taken at nighttime.
One of the best teas that I've ever purchased.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Both my mom and myself get horrible tension headaches which last 2-3 days. I've tried every painkiller and nothing is ever enough to stop my headache. I tried this tea in-store as a last ditch effort to help me. Within minutes I felt back to myself with almost no pain. I told my mom to try it and she found the same thing. This tea is the only thing that can stop my tension headaches in their tracks!</span>

I bought this tea initially because the ingredients suited my tastes, and I knew it would certainly be great for soothing the stomach. I didn't expect it to do anything for headaches, as it claimed, so when I first tried this, and it did help with my headache, I was pretty surprised!! I drink it unsweetened, and love that this blend has no sweeteners at all, because I prefer all my teas this way, and this one definitely doesn't need added sweetness as the wonderful herbal flavour is just perfect! A definite fave!</span>

<span itemprop="description">I get really bad headaches & migraines at times due to weather & monthly cycle. When I drink this tea it gets rid of the pain! It doesn't happen immediately of course. The body needs time to absorb the tea before it works. But I find that if I sip this tea when the weather is stormy my headache goes away. I'd rather have this tea than popping a pain reliever every time. Thank God this tea works for me.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I suffer from frequent migraines, headaches, and joint pain. I love this tea. It has a really soothing, calming flavour to it. I like to drink it when I'm looking to relax, or when I feel stressed. While it doesn't get rid of my headaches, it really helps ease the pain. I find it also helps me ease my joint pain. The taste is also super delicious!</span>

I drink it hot mostly but have had it cold, and it is not bad. I've also left it overnight and used it as the water for my morning smoothy, which is awesome.
