<span itemprop="description">Oh my goodness, what an amazing tea! I am not typically a fan of floral, so I have passed over this one many times before finally trying it. This tea is so smooth and delicious with a touch of honey and milk. I find the jasmine scent to be strong on the nose yet more gentle on the palate making it so soothing and comforting. I find myself only reaching for this tea now- I have to stop myself in the evening due to the caffeine content.
I like my tea strong, so 3 pearls (as recommended) is perfect, I also find the second steeping to still be very enjoyable. Wish it were less expensive, I will be saving up frequent steeper points for this tea!</span>

<span itemprop="description">So, I love, love, love this tea! It smells and tastes like my favourite black tea bubble tea. The jasmine is so uplifting and delicious. I brew this hot and add a touch of honey and milk. It brews nice and dark without being bitter. Annnnd because I'm Chinese and was raised to always re-steep my tea, I always do a second steeping, which lends to a lighter cup but one that is still very enjoyable! It is pricey, but I got it free with my Frequent Steeper Points. Woot, woot, bonus. Definitely would recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this tea when it was on sale after reading the reviews. A lot of reviews mentioned that it tastes like a tea you would get from a bubble tea shop. I’m a bubble tea person so I kind of guessed what it would be like. I was wrong. It’s even much much better than I expected! Unlike any other DAVIDsTEA, I don’t just pour hot/boiling water over the tea. It’s a bit light for my liking so I use 4 pearls and let them boil in water for 2-4 minutes and let them steep for another couple of minutes. It doesn’t lose the floral scent but it helps the flavor to be stronger and noticeable when you add milk.</span>

I love the jasmine, and with a touch of brown sugar and cream it tastes just like the milk tea you would get at a bubble tea shop. I love jasmine, and black tea is my go to, so I thought I might like this. The hype is real. Not for those who dislike floral teas as the jasmine is prominent. I steep 3 pearls in my 16oz Nordic mug for 5 min and get the perfect cup everytime. This tea feels special and a bit fancy. Great hot or cold and makes a fantastic at home bubble tea as well. Very versitile.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Just recently got this. Directions are misleading in a way... It says on website and on package 1-2 perfect spoons and my first try is with 1 spoon = 4 balls. This was way too flowery for my taste. I see reviews that say 3 balls if you like it strong i can see why my first impressions where a little off if the direction on the package and website are wrong... I think i will try next time with 2 balls as this probably be less potent and right in your face.... I can't imagine using 2 perfect spoons for this tea...</span>

Jasmine Black Pearl is wonderful. Another favourite of mine is Honey Black. It seems only to be available at certain times of the year - so if you see it, grab some!

It&rsquo;s either out of stock or discontinued :( Since it was never labeled as last chance, I suspect there are challenges sourcing it. DAVIDsTEA please bring this back when you can - it&rsquo;s in my top 3 out of the hundreds of your teas I&rsquo;ve purchased over the years.

I usually steep the pearls in a pot and add hot water if the tea gets too strong. I think you should give it a try. The worst thing that will happen is that it doesn't work.
