This tea is it! The ginger is very potent when I opened the bag to smell it one inhale of it and I was sneezing lol. I brewed it hot and the first sip was amazing. It really is a classic ginger tea with some finesse from the lemongrass and the honey. I am not a fan of honey the honey is not over powering in this tea which is great. This is a good go to if your feeling bloated, tummy ache, nauseous, upcoming cold and even soothing for allergies when that itchy throat is killing you. Just a side note. I added two sweetners to it I would not it is sweet enough for ok the honey. But a small amount of tea and a quick steep and it is quite nice as a little mid-day pick-me-up. I love it with a touch of good honey and away I go. It’s also a nice tea when I feel a bit of a chill or a cold. I’ve also used this tea to make a very strong reduction with simple syrup and I add it to my homemade sparkling water.
