I cold brew it and keep a pitcher in my fridge at (almost) all times - I'm a big iced tea drinker and I'm loyal when I find a gem. This one is tart, fruity, minty, and quite strong tasting; I find some herbals a little weak when iced, but this isn't one of them, and it's delicious mixed with lemonade + holds up amazingly by itself with some vodka or rose too if you're looking for an easy little mixed summer drink. It's not too sweet which I like, I find a lot of Davids teas are super sugary lately and this one still has a &quot;tea&quot; taste to it. You can definitely taste the mint, the raspberry is there but not overpowering or fake tasting! I would recommend this as an iced tea rather than a hot tea because you really get more of the mint flavor when it's cold on ice.
