We came up with a light and fruity blend of red rooibos with oil of bergamot and mandarin, great on its own or with a splash of milk and sugar. <span itemprop="description">I fell in love with the original. I was looking for a decaf black tea and it was even better than I hoped for. Tasted exactly like earl grey. They then discontinued it and reintroduced it about a year ago with this new blend. Much more floral and not as much earl grey flavour. I continue to drink it (just not as often) as an alternative to black tea, but am disappointed with the changes that were made.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This tea is nice, but it barely tastes like Earl Grey. I’ve had a different Rooibos Earl Grey from a local shop and theirs tastes almost like the real thing.
It’s a nice tea, but it doesn’t make up for the original. I think David’s Tea should go back to the drawing board on this one. You guys can do better I think.
I still like this tea. Don’t get me wrong. But it’s not Earl Grey really. So I’m disappointed because I love Earl Grey but I can’t handle caffeine in teas... So I was excited about this one...</span>

Why does it have to have apple and rose?
This a weak rooibos that doesn't taste like Earl Grey at all.
Please bring back rooibos with bergamot and nothing else.</span>

I wasn’t sure at first if I would like it because I’m an Earl Grey snob but am trying to stop consuming caffeine. I was ridiculously happy to see it come back, and although the ingredients aren't quite the same, it is still excellent. Every tea I've loved has been discontinued. Earl's Garden, decaf Earl Grey, EG Rooibos. I tend to stock up just in case.</span>

Thank god I only bought one pouch to try. Please (please!) bring back the old recipe! I’ve attached a photo of the original for comparison below.</span>

The ingredients are Organic rooibos, Organic rosehips, Organic apple, Organic rose petals, Natural bergamot oil. With Natural mandarin oil. My daughter tested positive for Celiac and we are both on a gluten free diet. All the ingredients listed are naturally gluten free though the product is not certified gluten free which means it cannot be guaranteed that cross contamination did not occur during the growing or processing process. We both drink this tea and have not experienced any ill effects.
