To make it even dreamier, we added lavender accents that help relax the mind & lemon balm which is known to help induce sleep. We think you’ll also appreciate that we’ve added no flavouring to this blend. Just the perfect mix of sweet, sleepy ingredients.

475 ml (16 oz) of 95℃/200℉ water for hot tea or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced

Normally I love any variation of chamomile tea but this one has an overpowering bitter fennel smell and taste and is like drinking something mouldy. I'm actually wondering if I might have received a bad batch because it's basically undrinkable.</span>
