<span itemprop="description">I got this tea in my first subscription box. I read reviews about people saying how it made them so sleepy. I really wasn't convinced....and then I tried it. I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep. About 20mins after drinking this tea my eyes were so heavy. When my head hit the pillow I was out! I've been having a cup every night for a week now and my sleep has been amazing. I already ordered more. The lemon taste is not super powerful but that is perfect for me. I highly recommend this tea!!</span>
