The tea was much more pleasant tasting than I expected. Moringa is much more commonly used in the Philippines for its galactagogue properties than in North America. The lactogenic effect of Moringa is hypothesized to be the induction of prolactin production in the anterior pituitary gland. Several supportive scholarly articles can be found by searching google with the terms &ldquo;scholarly article Moringa galactagogue&rdquo;. This led me to want to add moringa to my efforts to increase milk supply for my newborn. The waft of the steaming tea doesn't disappoint either. This will be a go-to for summer iced tea pitchers. I'm also mixing it with Bumbleberry Burst for a unique blend and have visions of lemonade-juice&amp;slice cubes melting into it, in a cup beside me as I read. Definitely an organic first choice I'll repeat. The not so good part of it is the packaging!
