My only complaint is that there were no instructions in the kit. I followed the instructions on the back of the tea but I ended up with lumpy, disgusting matcha. I did, however, find their &quot;how to&quot; page for matcha and realized that I was doing it wrong! Anyway, great product. I tried to contact customer service and there is no response - not too sure how to get in contact with them before my return/ refund date passes but their online chat, email, and phone lines are all &lsquo;busy&rsquo; to get in touch. The bowl is too small and the spoon is honestly not worth. I wish they put more effort into the quality of these kits. It holds less than one cup of water (directions on the matsu matcha packaging recommend 16oz of water for 2-4 spoons of matcha). As a result, I can only make a small amount (less than 1 cup) of matcha with this kit at a time.
