475 ml (16 oz) of 85℃/185℉ water for hot matcha or 295 ml (10 oz) for iced

<span itemprop="description">The tin is much too large – 95 grams barely half-filled it.
This tea, like the other flavoured matchas, is a touch too sweet but the flavour is amazing. It has the unmistakeable citrus & floral notes of bergamot balanced perfectly with the light grassy matcha flavour. Liked it so much we immediately order another 2 Tins, because it is not currently available loose by weight – feels like it might be retiring soon – pity!
It helps, of course, if you already love Earl Grey tea – now if they would only bring back the Countess of Seville (a green Early Grey tea), all of our Earl Grey dreams would come true.
Please, please bring back the 1/2 size tins you once had for matchas.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have tried several matcha teas through David’s Tea and have enjoyed each one. Cream of Earl Grey is one of my favourites. It is creamy and mellow yet rich. I prefer subtle flavours. When I blend a good unflavoured matcha like Ceremonial or Grand Cru with a flavoured matcha like Cream of Earl Grey, this is a perfect combination for me as there is just a little sweetness, a nice note of favour combined with that beautiful, pure matcha green-tea goodness. Sometimes I just drink it straight, it is that good. Sometimes I make a matcha latte and this is an extra-special treat.</span>

I only wish there was more of a quantity offered in this tin because it is so good and you need two good heaping teaspoons per tea. I like to use to this make a matcha latte with oat milk, honestly to die for , it is that good. Would be great to offer higher quantity in package rather than ordering it in tins. The package in comes with only fills tin half way thru.</span>

Matcha needs to be broken down by whisking, since this matcha is flavoured it's not as dense as a straight matcha so whisking time is short. You can use a whisk or you can throw it in a blender, but matcha does not dissolve on its own in hot water.
