Btw great steeping tip on this if you like it cold. Make big container hot and let it cool on counter. Strain and then add sweetner if you like. Put in fridge. But by the second cup it became a lovely part of my modest tea collection. I prefer it hot and in the mornings. It has the right amount of sweet without being overpoweringly sweet in the mornings.
