<span itemprop="description">I ordered two items online for a gift - When I needed to return the process was very difficult. They won't allow returns in-store if you purchase online. If you do want to return you need to contact customer service which took over a week to get back to me. They then informed me that you are not only NOT reimbursed for your initial shipping charges (which, fine I get that) but you have ti actually PAY to ship the items back. Why not just allow in store returns? The items are all unopened & unused keep in mind. Customer service is atrocious and I will not be ordering online again, and in all honesty, will find a different supplier for any in-store purchases as well.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I've been looking for another Nordic David's Tea mug to add to my collection for a long time, as it's such a great size and shape, and the moment this came out I had to have it! periwinkle blue is my favourite colour and I'm absolutely obsessed with this mug, I went to buy another! and thankfully this one is microwave and dishwasher safe, as many of the colour changing or foil mugs aren't. so I'm glad this one is :)</span>

I’m not usually a fan of blue, but this mug caught my eye immediately, and I had to run out to Sherway Gardens to get mine!! The way they used the blue to create the mountains on it reminds me of those mountain lakes that reflect the mountains on them as if they are flipped upside down & there’s two.. beautiful! My new favorite mug!!</span>
