Not an apology in the box just numerous emails stating that I likely wouldn&rsquo;t get a shipping notification and don&rsquo;t reply, your tea is on the way. Crazy! I would recommend the product but just go buy it at a store. My only wish is that I could more easily find the tea I&rsquo;m looking for in the wheel. I have to pull out and look at every teabag to find the one I&rsquo;m looking for. I seethe sachets are different colours&hellip;maybe adding the colour to the description card? I ordered him some stuff as gifts. I gir no updates after I paid until I emailed customer service for info. Took over a month to receive it while being shipped in Canada. And one of the tea wheels I did get smells stale or like it got wet ad then dried.
