<span itemprop="description">We have been gifted David’s Tea number of times and we really enjoy the product. We ordered in November for friends and ourselves. Then after taking our money and acknowledging the order nothing happened.
Their customer service is nonexistent, numerous attempts to contact them went unanswered. They will not cancel or amend your order and don’t even think about a refund.
I was fortunate to receive or order the last delivery date before Christmas and too late for gifting. Last time I’ll buy from such an unorganized, unorthodox hole in the wall.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this collection for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She was delighted! She has enjoyed at least one cup of one of the teas each day since Christmas as a "special treat". I had purchased a similar collection last year and she was delighted with that collection. I will continue to do so in the future -- its nice to find something "easy" that is very pleasing to someone you love.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Originally purchased as a gift ,due to arriving too late to give the recipient, I kept the samples for myself. It gave me a chance to try 12 different flavors and see which ones I loved best for future orders. The packaging was so nice that I repurposed it for my crafts when empty.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I live David’s Tea product and I am a regular customer, ordering online every couple months. But this last order— made in early December— arrived long after Christmas. It took more than a month. I received multiple emails saying “Sorry your order was delayed “ but I never had an option to understand when the items would arrive or cancel given these Christmas gifts would not arrive in time. What am I hoingvyo do with “Holiday Teas” after the Holidays???</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this item as a secret Santa gift for a co worker of mine and went on a hunch she would love it. My hunch paid off and she said she thoroughly enjoyed the variety and flavors in the sampler box . My only complaint was my order was placed on December 6th and I didn't receive my order until after our companies agreed upon secret santa exchange date and Christmas had passed but my co worker still enjoyed the gift nonetheless.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Never placing an order with David's tea ever again. Tried using the chat service, tried calling multiple times for updates. Could not reach anyone. Was left completely in the dark. Order was finally delivered after Christmas. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of tea that should have been given away as gifts for Christmas 2022. Can't exactly give it now nor save it for Christmas 2023.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This package took over three weeks to arrive, and once it did, the tea that I thought my wife would like the best was missing from the assortment in exchange for a double of another tea. Overall I am very disappointed in this purchase and will not be buying it next year.</span>
