<span itemprop="description">I am no expert at what is considered good or high quality matcha. I'm basing my review purely on taste as I do like a strong matcha. At first, I wasn't a big fan of the taste, but I think it was because of the way I prepared it. For reference, I solely use a matcha whisk to prepare my matcha, but the first time is always the worst (kind of like your first pancake in a batch). I've slowly perfected my recipe for an iced matcha latte and it is perfect to my liking and I really enjoy this matcha's flavour. I would say it has the classic grassy and earthy notes and is also really smooth. I would recommend this as something to have in the kitchen whenever you are feeling a matcha drink.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I have been buying David's tea Ceremonial matcha every month for a long time now, this matcha is my second favorite it's pretty close to there Ceremonial matcha and it cost a little less. The color is just as bright green as the Ceremonial one and the taste Is always nice. I drink my matcha every morning with collegen powder that's it, I enjoy the taste of both matcha's I find them both to be very good quality. I can't start my day without my David's tea matcha. I prefer both David's tea Ceremonial and Grand Cru matcha over any other brands that I have tried.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I always get gran cru matcha because it has a great strong matcha flavour so I recently bought a large batch. However, I now have packets of flat, bland, tasteless matcha powder. I'm not sure what happened to the quality but David's tea quality has decreased drastically, I literally can't taste any matcha at all even with as little as a quarter cup of liquid. Customer service replied my complaint with their copied and pasted return policy. Very disappointed in this matcha and David's tea.</span>

Hello Pao che! 😊 To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a cool, dry, dark place and keep them well sealed. I only drink matcha lemonades (at home &amp; at Starbucks). When I do it at home, I use 3 matcha scoops of the David's Tea Grand Cru and I mix it with a sweet lemonade like the Simply raspberry lemonade. I don't think you absolutely have to buy the flavoured matchas, they are super sweet and have less benefits than the pure matchas. Just put less scoops if you find it too leafy or earthy!

Matcha Matsu is Culinary grade. The kind of stuff that Cafe Chains use. Grand Cru Matcha leans more towards Ceremonial grade, which is richer in antioxidants, better tasting, and better for you. Hope this helps!
