Our favourite part? It comes from Jun Chiyabari, a small Himalayan organic tea garden highly regarded for its sustainable farming practices and support of the local community. An organic green tea that tastes great AND gives back? We’re in love.
What makes it great:
- Warm days and cool mountain nights make the tea leaves grow slower, concentrating the oils in the leaf for a richer, more complex taste.
- Jun Chiyabari garden is renowned for its emphasis on tea quality and sustainable, organic farming practices.
- This garden is also a local leader in the empowerment of women – nearly 80% of the work force at Jun Chiyabari is female, from hand-picking to sorting, supervising and packing.

<span itemprop="description">Used the recommended amount of tea leaves and water and it was very bland. I let the bag sit for 5 mins over the recommended time and it was like water. Very bad green tea.</span>
