<span itemprop="description">Tried this. Dried up my supply faster than you could blink. My milk supply was just coming in and from pumping (due to complications and baby being a Preemie) went from 70ml down to 2ml after one day! Highly disappointed and later was told that Fenugreek can cause the opposite effect and dry up milk! Ended up having to stop all breastfeeding because of it. Always recommended for supply, yet learned that it's a hit/miss too late. I'd never had touch it if I'd known that it could cause loss of supply.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It might be a placebo effect but I’ve been drinking this tea for about a week and I’m sure it has increased my milk supply! I had been supplementing my 5 week old daughter with between 4 and 6 oz of formula a day up until now and she hasn’t had any formula for 48 hours!!</span>
