<span itemprop="description">Really love mothers little helper. Have been buying it since it was offered. Very much an every night go to. Funny story for me is I used to buy from Ottawa Rideau Centre store. I would go in and watch all the tea shoppers buying and chatting this and that. At my turn I would ask for a grande of MLH. My server would bring out the canister and start filling. Every time they would stop and say “is this enough?” I would say is it full? They would fill some more. We would do this a least twice. Lol. Often I would only come into town for just the tea so it was funny to me how they reacted to filling a big bag. I still buy it. Drink it most every day. Love it.

<span itemprop="description">A while ago I bought this for my mom as a mother's day present (mother's little helper, get it?) along with a few other teas. This was the only one she really liked so I decided to give it a try. It reminds me of some of my favorite sleepy time teas. The peppermint is what really makes it refreshing and relaxing. When I drink this my head feels so heavy I can barely keep it from the pillow, so it makes a great drink to have just before bed. It works better than melatonin pills, and as good as the stronger stuff.
The peppermint is very strong to the point of almost overtaking all the other flavors, so I wouldn't recommend this to someone who's not a fan of mint.
It's now a major part of my bedtime routine.</span>

Personally, however, when she made me a cup, it wasn't a tea I would drink a lot of... I prefer teas with more flavours (like vanilla, fruits, etc) or more "traditional" teas such as Cream of Earl Grey or Orange Spice... that said, this tea isn't really meant for the average person, as is my personal understanding. It's more meant to help moms 💗 So I am thrilled that my friend liked it so much and that it will hopefully help her (I've heard great things from other moms who bought this tea!).</span>

When the noise becomes unbearable, I brew a big cup of this, take a few yoga breaths, inhale a few essential oil blends (relaxing properties), and listen to some downtempo/trip-hop/psychedelic pop music - Tame Impala, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Carbon Based Lifeforms are the top choices.

<span itemprop="description">I would have given this a higher rating but didn’t get my complete order. This was to be gift for someone who loves this tea ( me , not so much). I did not get the 240 gram bag, only 100 grams. I called in and, “yes, we will rectify this”. I was sent a 69 gram printed tin. Still not the 250 grams I ordered and paid for! I don’t know how else to let David’s teas know about this.
I really do love these teas, for the most part, most of my favourites are gone and it seems that only matcha teas and chai teas can make the cut. I know you can do better David’s Teas!</span>

I was very disappointed when I was sent ten 50g non-recyclable pouches. This could have easily been sent in one larger recyclable pouch. I am currently looking for a new brand of sleepy tea. I want to be kinder to the planet and think you might want to do the same.</span>

If this would be a pure peppermint or chamomile tea, milk would work perfectly, but this tea has a mix of rosehips and valerian root, I trust you can experiment trying this with milk, but once again it comes to personal taste preferences&nbsp;

Herbal tea is safe for children over the age of 2 years old&mdash;this specific type has no caffeine and is therefore safe for children. Only concern then would be specific allergies but I&rsquo;m sure you&rsquo;ve read the ingredients :)
